- **Important:** During or after the payment (e.g., in the "note to seller" section on PayPal), ensure you provide your **correct in-game Character Name**.
- If you forget to add your character name or have questions, please create a ticket on our Discord server with your transaction details.
- Rewards are typically delivered within a few hours after donation confirmation, but please allow up to 24 hours. If you haven't received your items by then, contact our support team.
